Moon and stars, and stripes

Here's a different sort of Memorial Day photograph.



The large flag was hanging from the ladders of two fire trucks on Highland Avenue in Middletown. The Memorial Day parade was to pass underneath the flag. Because of the wind, the flag was rarely hanging straight down. That made for interesting photographs.

Luckily I noticed the moon in the morning sky. Then I took pictures as the wind moved the flag into different positions in my frame.
